Registering and unregistering users in a curriculum

With the proper permissions, administrators, instructors, and reporters can register (and unregister) students in a curriculum. You can also register (and unregister) students in organizational groups.

To register and unregister students to the curriculum:

  1. Open the Curriculums/Courses side-tab and click Manage Curriculums.

  2. Select the curriculum ID and click Register. Alternatively, you can select the curriculum ID, right-click on the table and select Register. The Register in Curriculum window opens. Students already enrolled in the curriculum are listed.

  3. To register a student using his or her student ID, specify the student ID in the Students to Register field and click Register.

To register one or more students from the list of unregistered students, click Select. In the Select Students window, select the appropriate students and click Return Selected Items.

Hold down Ctrl to select multiple students and hold down Shift to select a series of students.

Clicking Return Selected Items closes the window loads the corresponding student IDs into the Students to Register field on the Register in Curriculum window. Click Register.

To register a group of students if you have defined sub-orgs, click Register By SubOrg. The Register by SubOrg window opens. Select one or more values for each Sub-Org and then select Register by Sub-Org. (Delete by SubOrg will delete that group of students and essentially un-register them.)

  • To delete a registration, select the student from the list and click the red . Doing so removes all curriculum history for this student unless they have already completed some of the courses in the curriculum. The history for just those courses will remain.

  • Use the Filter button to locate unregistered students. For instance, search by last name or email address. You can also specify whether to list only CourseMill Mobile users.

  1. When you are finished, click Close.
