Administrators that have been granted course-duplication permissions can duplicate courses as necessary. The course's settings are duplicated within the new course. This includes the notifications and the custom certificates associated with the original course.

By default, the course ID for the new course is defaulted to the original course ID with a -1 appended. |
To duplicate a course:
Open the Curriculums/Courses side-tab and click Manage course. The Manage Courses window opens.
Use the fields in the search window above the results table to filter the list of courses. Use the fields as follows:
Search Field | Description |
Org ID | Org ID under which the course is registered. |
Course ID |
Enter any combination of letters and numbers to search for any courses that contain that combination in the Course ID. |
Title | Enter any combination of letters and numbers to search for any courses that contain that combination in the title. |
Description |
Enter any combination of letters and numbers to search for any courses that contain that combination in the description. |
Course Type | Use the list to the select the type upon which to search. |
Include Inactive | Enable this check box to include inactive courses in the results. |
Select the course, right-click and click Duplicate course. The Duplicate Course window opens.
Use the Course ID field to specify the course ID of the new course.
Click Save.
The new course is created.
