Adding an organization resource

All users within the organization can view and download the resources you add. You can restrict access to resources so that only instructors and administrators can access them.

To add a resource:

  1. Open the Admin Tasks side-tab and click Manage Resources. The Manage Resources page opens.

  2. On the Manage Resources page, click Add Resource or right-click on the table and select Add Resource. The Add Resource dialog box opens.

  3. Complete the fields in the Add Resource dialog box as follows:

    Field Description

    Org ID

    The ID for the organization.

    Resource ID

    An ID associated with the resource. This field cannot be updated.

    Description

    A short description of the resource.

    Version

    The version number of the resource.

    Allow Student Access

    When selected, students are allowed access to the resource.

    Resource to Add

    Specifies the file name of the resource. Click Browse to locate and select the resource file.

  4. Click Save.

The resource is added to the list.
