You can view the details of an organization resource and edit them when necessary. You can update the description or replace the resource file, for example.
To view and edit the details of an organization resource:
Open the Admin Tasks side-tab and click Manage Resources. The Manage Resources page opens.
Select the org ID of the organization to which you want to view the list of resources and click View/Edit Details. Alternatively, you can select the org ID, right-click on the table and select View/Edit Details or double-click the row representing the organization. The Resource Details dialog box opens.
Update the fields in the Resource Details dialog box as follows:

Org ID |
The ID for the organization. |
Resource ID |
An ID associated with the resource. This field cannot be updated. |
Description |
A short description of the resource. |
Version |
The version number of the resource. |
Allow Student Access |
When selected, students are allowed access to the resource. |
Resource to Replace |
Specifies the file name of the resource. Click Browse to locate and select the new resource file. |
The organization resource details are updated.
